Through the Future-Focused Mentorship Program, we are paving the way for future generations to reach their academic and career goals by providing emotional support, motivation, role modeling, guidance, and expertise. The Future-Focused Mentorship Program will focus on three actionable objectives. These three initiatives include:

• Social Media Professionalism

• College Admissions Process

One-on-one mentorship will be implemented by deliberately matching a mentor with a mentee throughout the mentee’s academic and career development process. Group mentorship will also be implemented through various workshops to instruct communication skills, the college application process, interview preparation, business decorum, internships/shadowing opportunities, and networking strategies.
